ABOUT DAVID HALL

I was a competitive swimmer from middle school (1966) through my year at the United States Naval Academy Preparatory School.  I have been running since 1996 and cycling since 2005.

I started participating in Sprint and Olympic distance events in 2006.

In 2010, I earned my USA Triathlon Level 1 coach credential.  As such, I am certified to coach athletes from youth through adult in all Triathlon distances.

Whether you are making the transition from short course to something longer, from being on a relay team to competing on your own, or from duathlon to triathlon, a certified coach can help you get the most out of your training, so you can perform your best on race day.

Your coach need not live in your home town. I have been helping athletes across the state and around the country since 2006.
